This is for the women who do it all... The moms. The ones holding everyone and everything together like itâs just another Tuesday... Youâre basically a superhero... but even superheroes need a place to land. Thatâs why I created Sacred Pause, my weekly meditation and grounding group. Itâs a 2-hour space in the middle of real life where you donât have to lead, manage, fix, or show up âon.â You just get to be. We will focus on meditation, grounding, and letting the nervous system settle, with a built-in space to be witnessed and supported in community. No pressure to share. No expectations. Just a steady pause thatâs yours. If your life feels full, loud, or nonstop⌠this is something just for you: ⨠Weekly, 2-hour meditation-focused sessions If you feel the pull, Iâd love to have you with us! Sacred Pause is offered as a monthly subscription to support consistency and a sense of shared rhythm within the group. We start Thursday, March 5th, 11am-1pm every week. You can join us in person or virtually, whatever works best for your week. Some days that might mean leaving the house. Other days it might mean showing up from the couch. Both are welcome here!! đ And for my virtual folks: Iâve invested in a really great microphone so you can hear everything clearly and feel like youâre in the room with us, not just watching from the outside. Iâm also in the process of adding a monitor here at 'The Hive' so we can see you better and truly feel your presence beyond a tiny laptop screen! I want you to feel included, seen, and connected, wherever youâre joining from! If you have any questions, want more information, or would like to claim a spot and receive details, just reply to this email. With love, |

We talk about self-sabotage like itâs some dramatic act. Blowing things up, quitting before it gets good, and making a mess on purpose. But the kind I see most often, Reader (in myself and in the women I work with), is quieter than that. It looks like avoidance. Not because youâre "lazy" (though I know you will tell yourself that). But because your nervous system is learning something new. Case in point: last week, instead of getting ready for my TEDx talk⌠I painted my pantry. Literally....
You may have heard the news already, Reader, but if you haven't... In a few short weeks, I take to the TEDx stage at SUNY, New Paltz! Five and a half VERY long years ago when I decided to leave my career behind in EMS, I had a very particular âdaydreamâ waiting for a light by our old apartment. It was me on a stage. đł I didnât know why or what I was talking about, but I envisioned it clear as day. The image stayed with me as I built my online business, worked with clients 1:1, and then...
Iâve learned that if I donât give my intentions somewhere to land, they stay abstract. They live in my head, or on a list, or in a passing thought I revisit when itâs convenient. At some point, I realized I needed a way to be present with what I say I care about, not just talk about it. I needed something that asked me to show up with my body, not just my words. Thatâs where ritual started to matter to me. Not as a performance, and not as a promise that everything will change overnight, but...
