Growth happens in SOLITUDE, but CHANGE happens in COMMUNITY.

Good morning, Reader

There’s something I recognized pretty early in my work with women.

While I love 1:1 sessions and going deep into why we tick the way we do, the piece so many of us are actually missing isn’t more information. 💕

It’s community.
Real community.

The kind where you can show up without performing, without holding it all together, and without feeling like you need to be anything other than who you are in that moment.

Because yes, you can learn Tapping (EFT) for free on YouTube. You can look up angel numbers on TikTok. You can download a meditation app and sit in silence by yourself. All of that is out there and accessible. Information is everywhere. 💯

But transformation rarely happens in isolation.

What’s different about the spaces I create isn’t just the tools themselves. It’s the way we experience them together. It’s the participation. The witnessing. The feeling of being in a room where something real is happening between people. And that missing link, the thing that actually creates lasting change, is community. 🫶🏻

This year, I made it a priority to bring more variety into the community I serve and hold space for. I’ve added new offerings and new ways to gather, and I’m genuinely excited to welcome you into spaces where you might discover parts of yourself you wouldn’t typically find anywhere else. 🙏🏻

If you’ve been craving a place to exhale, to be seen, and to grow alongside women who are walking their own healing paths, I would love to invite you to join us.

You don’t need more information.
You need a room where you belong.

You can explore upcoming gatherings and step into the space with us here:

X,
Jess

Reader, 10 out of 10 recommend not waiting to do the things you want to do just because you’re afraid you won’t have anyone to do them with. Weekssss ago I knew I wanted to see "Wuthering Heights", and I wanted to see it when I wanted to see it. I didn’t want to plan around anyone else. I just wanted a day to myself and didn’t care how that might look to anyone on the outside. When I went to grab a ticket, I noticed something that made me laugh. Almost every seat that had been chosen was a...

Good morning, Reader When I realized that I’m entire personality was almost entirely made up of old programming/beliefs or a response to ADHD/CPTSD, I decided to make a pact with myself: Do one thing a day that you’ve been avoiding. Something. Every damn say. (Cuz I refuse to defined by some g*ddamn alphabet diagnosis.) Yesterday I was in a funnnnnk. I’ve been working since I was 15 (I’m going to be 34 in June), so NOT working is triggering AF. It’s forcing me to look at a whole bunch of sh*t...

Hey Reader, I’ve been sitting with a sentence that still feels unreal to say out loud: I gave a TEDx talk. And the truth is… I don’t fully know how to answer when people ask how it went. Because when you prepare for something this big, there’s the obvious work. Writing the talk, rehearsing it, & timing every word. But there’s also a quieter kind of preparation no one really talks about. The emotional weight. The life happening behind the scenes. Speaking about something you are still actively...
